Job seekers search and apply for openings, upload resumes and maintain profiles, while recruiters post jobs and search a very large candidate database. It covers everything from fresher roles to senior hiring across IT, sales, banking, manufacturing and more.

Its traffic is heaviest on weekday mornings and picks up whenever hiring seasons open or big companies run walk-in drives.
