If Internshala isn't working

See if other Internshala students report it Many Internshala reports at once mean the problem is theirs, not your phone's.
Hard refresh the page On a computer, press Ctrl+Shift+R to reload Internshala without the cached files. On a phone, close the browser tab and open it again.
Update or reinstall the app Install the latest Internshala version from the Play Store. If the app still fails, uninstall it and install it afresh.
Look in spam for Internshala mails Password reset and account verification links can land in the spam folder. Search your inbox for the mail before asking for a new one.
Turn off battery optimisation for the app Go to your phone settings, open battery optimisation, find Internshala and choose Don't optimize, so alerts come through again.

Use the website for account changes Changing your email id and deleting the account are on the Internshala website, not in the app. If the app fails, finish these on the site.
Get openings on WhatsApp or email Internshala runs WhatsApp channels for internships and fresher jobs, and sends a weekly digest by email once your preferences are set. New openings reach you there even when the site is slow.
Reach a hiring employer directly Once your status shows Hired, the employer's contact details are emailed to you, so you can write to them without opening the site.
