Requests go through the Help Center forms. Genuine mail from X comes only from @x.com, never carries attachments and never asks for your password. X's Grievance Officer cannot be reached by email either.

Open Contact us and choose Authenticity on X. That form covers impersonation of a person or a brand, plus spam and platform manipulation.
