WB Registration Helpline & Customer Care

Write to [email protected], the helpdesk address the Directorate of Registration and Stamp Revenue names for queries and complaints. For a deed already in process, the registration office handling it can also help.

[email protected]. Mention the query number or deed number, the registration office and your mobile number. Add a screenshot if a page is giving an error.

Use Grievance & Suggestion on the WB Registration site to submit a complaint or suggestion, then use Status Verification to follow it. You can also email [email protected].

Check Status of e-Payment first. If the payment did not go through, apply under Application for Refund of e-Payment. A refund asked more than 6 months after paying goes to the District Registrar as a prayer.

WEBEL Software Technology Park II Building, 4th Floor, DN Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar (Salt Lake), Kolkata 700091. Deeds are registered at the local ADSR or DSR office, not at this office.

Use Locate Registration Office or Jurisdiction of RO on the site. In Kolkata, the Registrar of Assurances also registers documents.

Apply on e-District WB, where certified copies of registered deeds are issued. Its own email support helps with a failed application there.
