ST students come under the Tribal Development Department. Take the problem to your institute's scholarship desk first, or to the District Scheduled Tribes Officer.

Call your category's helpline with your OTR number. For a problem with verification or payment, go to your district's welfare officer for your category, such as the District Social Welfare Officer for SC students.
