Contact Truecaller by raising a ticket at support.truecaller.com or by email at [email protected]. Truecaller states that it does not have a customer care phone number, and that any number claiming to be one is a scam.

[email protected]. Write there about a wrong name on your number, a number wrongly marked as spam, or objectionable content posted by another user.

Open support.truecaller.com and choose Submit a ticket. Search the knowledge base first: it has guides for Android, iPhone, Premium and account problems. Track your requests under My Tickets.

Contact Truecaller support at [email protected] or through a ticket if you think your number was listed by mistake. The spam list is built from user reports: a number is listed when many people report it for nuisance, marketing or spam calls.

Cancel during the free trial on your first purchase, and you are not charged. After the trial, Truecaller gives no refunds. Premium bought on Android is billed through Google Play, where you can cancel any time.

Cancellation is not allowed on the Gold plan, on prepaid or one-time plans, or after you upgrade to a higher plan such as the Family Plan.

Email the Grievance Officer at [email protected]. Letters go to Truecaller International LLP, Two Horizon Centre, DLF Phase V, Gurugram. Requests about your personal data use the same contact.

Tap Deactivate under Settings and Privacy Center in the app, then remove the number at truecaller.com/unlisting. Your details can take up to 24 hours to go from Truecaller's system.
