No. TTD says it does not authorise any agent for online booking of darshan, seva, accommodation or prasadam. Book only on ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in.
TTD's booking portal is ttdevasthanams.ap.gov.in, and its temple information site is tirumala.org. Quota release dates are published on the booking portal.
First allow the normal time: UPI refunds arrive about an hour after TTD processes them on the next working day, and card or net banking refunds in 3 to 7 working days. After that, write to [email protected] with the transaction details, or call 155257.
