Open the order in the app to reach Instamart Customer Care, or email [email protected] with the order ID. No phone line for Instamart customer care appears on Instamart's terms, privacy or refund pages as of now.

[email protected]. Instamart's terms give the same address for its Grievance Officer, answered Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:00, so quote your order ID and the earlier complaint. Abuse or policy violations go to [email protected].

On cash on delivery, you need not pay for missing items, a wrong order or tampered packaging if you tell Customer Care before the order is marked delivered. Refunds need the merchant's agreement.

It depends on how you paid. Paytm, Mobikwik or Freecharge wallets and LazyPay: about 2 hours. UPI, cards, net banking, Amazon Pay and PhonePe: 5 to 7 business days. You can choose wallet credit in your account instead.

No city has its own line. Instamart customers in Jaipur and elsewhere contact Customer Care through the app and [email protected]; the same route covers every city Instamart serves.

Partly. Instamart is run by Swiggy Instamart Private Limited, but its Help and Support link opens Swiggy's support page and its terms use the same [email protected] mailbox. Instamart handles the resolution of complaints about Instamart products itself.
