No. The help desk only handles the portal. The information comes from the public authority's CPIO, and you read it through View Status.
The RTI Online contact page names the Under Secretary (IR-1), DoPT, for unresolved queries, at [email protected]. Write with your registration number and earlier mail.
Two common reasons. Your RTI was moved on paper to an authority not on the portal, so the appeal must go on paper too. Or 30 days have not passed since you filed, and the CPIO has not replied yet.
With the Central Information Commission, on its online appeal portal, linked from the RTI Online footer. Keep the first appeal registration number and email ready.
Your registration number, the email you used, and for payment issues the transaction ID, bank name and date. Note the exact error message too.
