Use the Reddit Help Centre: the report form covers rule and user issues, and the contact form covers anything else. Community rules and removed posts go to that subreddit's moderators by modmail. Reddit's Help Centre gives no customer care number to ring as of now.

Read the notice in your Reddit inbox; it gives the reason, the length and how to appeal. You can appeal within six months, explaining why you think the ban was a mistake. A ban from one community comes from its moderators, not Reddit.

Use Reset Password with the email on your account; that email also lists the usernames tied to it. Without an email on the account, Reddit cannot verify you or reset the password, so check passwords saved in your browser or phone.
