Crop insurance questions, complaints and crop loss reports under the Pradhan Mantri Fasal Bima Yojana (PMFBY) go to the Krishi Rakshak Portal and Helpline (KRPH) on toll-free 14447. The scheme also runs a WhatsApp chatbot on 7065514447.
Each complaint gets a ticket number to track. The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare at Krishi Bhawan, New Delhi runs the scheme.

For localised damage such as hail, waterlogging or a landslide on your farm, report within 72 hours on 14447 or the KRPH portal. Give your policy ID, crop, survey number and the date of the loss.

The scheme is run by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare from Krishi Bhawan in New Delhi. Claims are settled by the insurance company, so start with KRPH for anything about a claim.
