About PM Kisan

PM-KISAN is the central farmer income-support scheme and it runs its own helpline for beneficiaries, covering installment status, eKYC, fresh registration and correction of details. The scheme's official contacts are listed here so farmers reach the scheme directly.

There is also a 24x7 online grievance portal on the PM-KISAN site which gives a tracking number, and for district-level problems the State Nodal Officer is the right person. Keep your registration or Aadhaar number ready, and remember the scheme is free, nobody should be charging you to fix your installment.

PM Kisan helpline — questions

The PM Kisan helpline is 155261, with a toll-free line on 1800 115 526 and a Delhi number on 011-24300606. All three cover instalment, eKYC and beneficiary status queries.
PM Kisan ka helpline number 155261 hai, aur toll-free line 1800 115 526 hai. Kist na aane ya eKYC ki problem in par batayein.
1800 115 526 is the toll-free one. 155261 is a short code where your operator's rate can apply, and 011-24300606 is an ordinary Delhi landline.
The lines are answered during working hours on working days. The beneficiary status page on the PM Kisan portal works at any time and answers most questions on its own.
Check your beneficiary status on the official portal, because most held payments trace to pending eKYC, a land record mismatch or an unseeded bank account. Land record and beneficiary list problems are fixed by your State Nodal Officer or Block Agriculture Officer, not by the helpline.
eKYC is done on the PM Kisan portal with your Aadhaar-linked mobile number, or at a Common Service Centre. It is mandatory for instalments, so a missed eKYC stops the payment rather than delaying it.
No, that is a fraud. The only official site is pmkisan.gov.in, there is no WhatsApp or Telegram channel for the scheme, and lookalike domains exist. No official asks for a payment or an OTP to release an instalment.
