For help with the MCA21 portal, call the toll-free 1800 202 3454 or the landlines 0120-4832500 and 0120-6951300, or write to [email protected]. This is the helpdesk of the Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA), and it covers portal login, DSC association, form filing and fee payment.
For an error on the MCA portal itself, MCA asks users to raise a Service Related Complaint online with screenshots, then track it on the same page.
Complaints against a company go on the Investor complaint form, and unclaimed shares and dividends go to the IEPF Authority.

You can raise a Service Related Complaint online at any time, under MCA Services, then Complaints. For a call, use 1800 202 3454, 0120 4832500 or 0120-6951300, and keep the SRN ready with you. MCA announces planned MCA21 portal downtime on its home page and on X @MCA21India.
Go to MCA Services, Complaints, Create Service Related Complaint. Describe the issue and attach screenshots, supporting documents and an active email and mobile. Check progress under Track/Update Service Related Complaint.
Use the Investor complaint form, listed among the Informational and Investor Services e-forms on the MCA portal. The Service Related Complaint is only for problems with the portal itself.
