At a booking counter.

• Smart card: a valid card in good condition is refunded on the spot at any station. If the counter cannot do it, you get a Smart Card Deposit Receipt, and Metro settles the claim within 7 days.
• Smart token: full refund at the station that issued it, if you have not entered the paid area.

Lost tokens and broken or damaged cards are not refunded.

One bag of personal items, up to 15 kg and 60 x 45 x 25 cm. Pets, fireworks, petrol, compressed gas, acids and knives with blades over 10 cm are not allowed. Carrying offensive goods can bring a fine of up to Rs 500.
