About Karnataka SSP
For technical problems on the Karnataka State Scholarship Portal (SSP), the helpline is 1902, for all schemes. Questions about a scheme go to the department that runs it.

Karnataka SSP helpline — questions
1902 is the State Scholarship Portal helpline for technical issues, for all schemes. Scheme questions go to the department that offers the scholarship.
9482300400, for SC students applying under Social Welfare Department schemes such as the SC postmatric scholarship, hosteller maintenance and fee reimbursement.
080 22261702, the Tribal Welfare Department landline for ST scholarship questions, including the ST postmatric scholarship and hosteller maintenance. The SSP page lists two more landlines and a WhatsApp number for the same department.
080-22535907 for Minority Welfare Department scholarships, including the Vidyasiri scheme and fee reimbursement for minority students. The department also lists a mobile number on the SSP page.
8050770004 for Backward Classes Welfare Department schemes such as Vidyasiri food and accommodation and the OBC postmatric scholarship.

Your SSP student ID or application number, your Aadhaar-linked mobile number, the scheme name and the department. Say whether it is a prematric or postmatric application.
First check on the SSP home page that your bank account is Aadhaar-seeded, because payment goes only by DBT to a seeded account. If it is, call the department that runs your scheme, not 1902, which handles technical problems on the portal.
