Call 1800 890 7070 with the transaction ID, date, amount and type (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS or UPI). Or email [email protected] from your registered address with the subject Unauthorized Transaction and the same details. Also call 1930 if it was cyber fraud.

Call 1800 890 7070 and ask for the account to be frozen. The same line blocks UPI on your JPB account while your Jio UPI ID stays.
