The Digital Life Certificate service Jeevan Pramaan, run by the Jeevan Pramaan Project at the National Informatics Centre, New Delhi, takes calls on the toll-free 1800 111 555 and mail at [email protected].
To find the nearest centre that can make a certificate, use Locate a Centre on the site or SMS JPL followed by your pin code to 7738299899. Questions about a rejected certificate or a stopped pension go to your pension disbursing bank or office.
