About Jeevan Pramaan

Pensioners submit their Digital Life Certificate (DLC) on Jeevan Pramaan, the government's own site and app for the purpose. Those official links are listed here so pensioners use the genuine service.

If you need help, the official contact page is on the site itself and your pension disbursing bank or office can also do it for you. Submitting a DLC costs nothing, so do not let an agent charge you for it.

No phone number is published on its site, which lists only a postal address at the National Informatics Centre, CGO Complex, New Delhi. Your pension disbursing agency is the practical contact for anything about your own pension.
It is the government's digital life certificate system for pensioners, replacing the annual visit to a bank or pension office. The certificate is generated with Aadhaar-based biometric or face authentication.
