The Security Interest Registry helpdesk of the Central Registry of Securitisation Asset Reconstruction and Security Interest of India (CERSAI) answers on 011-24664628, 011-24664630 and 011-24664629, Monday to Friday from 10 AM to 6.30 PM. Its email is [email protected].
KYC questions go to a separate CKYC Registry desk on 022-61102592 and [email protected], and each desk takes only its own cases.

Use Raise Incident in the CERSAI footer and keep the ticket number. Get Ticket Details shows its status later. Copy the exact error text into the ticket so the team can trace it.
