BMC helpline — questions
Call 1916, BMC's central helpline. It runs 24x7 and takes civic complaints as well as emergency calls from anywhere in Mumbai.

Log in to MyBMC MARG at marg.mcgm.gov.in, or its app, with your mobile number and OTP. Add a geotagged photo and note the grievance ID it gives you for tracking. A CFC at your ward office can also lodge the complaint and give you a complaint number.
For technical faults on the Water Bill Citizen Portal, call 8065320000. If a payment went through but no receipt came, write to [email protected] with your CCN and transaction details.
