Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in.

1. Under "I'd like to", pick Request a refund.
2. Pick the reason and the Apple TV charge.

Apple replies in 24 to 48 hours. A film you bought that will not play can be refunded the same way.

Apple TV in India now comes with iCloud+. Anyone who paid for Apple TV alone is moved to iCloud+, with a push notification and email, and the old Apple TV subscription is cancelled. Viewing carries on without a break.

Call Airtel first. Apple's own guidance is that a subscription received through a network operator or other provider is supported by that provider. If the Apple Account linked to it must change, Apple Support can help with that part.

Apple runs a grievance process in India for the Apple TV app and iTunes content. Start it from the Report a Grievance in India section of apple.com/in/contact. Apple acknowledges the complaint and may give a reference number to track it.
