PharmEasy is down for everyone when many people across India report it on this page at the same time; that points to a technical issue on PharmEasy's side. If only your own order is stuck, check that order first: a prescription waiting for approval, a pincode or an item out of stock.

A stuck order is not always an outage. Prescription medicines wait for a valid prescription before a partner pharmacy can dispense them, and a pincode outside delivery or an out-of-stock item stops an order too. When the app or pharmeasy.in will not load at all, or payments fail for many users together, that is downtime at PharmEasy's end.
