About TN e-Sevai
Help with an e-Sevai application comes from the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency (TNeGA), which runs the TN e-Sevai helpdesk on toll-free 1800 425 6000 and at [email protected]. TNeGA's own helpline in Chennai is 044-4016 4900.
A complaint about an e-Sevai centre goes by WhatsApp to the number set for your district, or to the CM Helpline on 1100.

Toll-free 1800 425 6000, the e-Sevai helpdesk of the Tamil Nadu e-Governance Agency. Keep your CAN and application number ready when you call.

044-4016 4900, the helpline TNeGA gives on its own site for general queries. For help with an application, the toll-free e-Sevai helpdesk is the better first call.
The toll-free line has run on extended hours since February 2026, TNeGA says. Before visiting an e-Sevai centre, ask that centre for its timings.
Send a WhatsApp message to the complaint number for your district. TNeGA has four such numbers, each covering a group of districts, on the IVRS and WhatsApp Poster page of the e-Sevai site.
The CM Helpline on 1100 takes these complaints too. Mention the centre, the service and your application number.
That is the IVRS feedback call TNeGA makes after a service. Press a number from 1 for bad to 5 for very good to rate how the centre served you.
