About Railway HRMS
Indian Railways' HRMS has no single helpline. Its login page prints seven zone-wise helpdesk mobile numbers, each for a group of zones and production units, with a service request as the other route.
Call the number for your own zone. CRIS, the Centre for Railway Information Systems, develops the HRMS application.

HRMS ka ek common number nahi hai. Har zone samooh ka alag helpdesk mobile hai, jaise CR, SCR aur SER ke liye 6202588012, aur NR aur NFR ke liye 7678225241. Baaki zones ke number HRMS login page par hain.

Call your zone's helpdesk mobile, or raise a service request from inside HRMS. The HRMS login page lists these routes, with no email ID or toll-free number as of now.

Yes. HRMS warns staff to beware of fake HRMS sites. Use only https://hrms.indianrail.gov.in/HRMS, and never give your password or OTP to a caller.
