A problem with the test itself, the reading or the fee is for the PUC centre that tested your vehicle, or your RTO.

Call +91-120-4925505 for portal problems, or email [email protected]. As of now the PUCC Portal shows only this Vahan helpdesk line and email, and no 1800 number.

The PUC centre that tested the vehicle, and if that does not help, your RTO. The helpdesk handles faults on the portal, not test results.
Try Forgot Password or Forgot UserId on the login box first. If the portal still refuses you, call +91-120-4925505 or email [email protected] with your PUC centre code.
Check Download Fine Receipts on the portal before paying again. If no receipt shows and money left your account, email [email protected] with the registration number, date and transaction reference.
It runs on Vahan, the vehicle registration system of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, and is powered by the National Informatics Centre. PUC centres, RTO staff and state admins each have their own login on it.
