Partly. The Free to me section carries titles anyone can watch. Included with Prime titles need a Prime plan: annual, quarterly or monthly Prime, Student Prime, or Prime Lite.

Check first whether a Prime membership, a Prime Video subscription or an add-on channel renewed, or a free trial converted. Add-on charges can fall on a different date from Prime. Manage them under your Amazon account.

Prime Video Support has a Cancel Your Prime Video Add-On Subscription page for this. An add-on is billed separately from Prime, so cancelling one does not end the other.
