PMAY-G is run by the Ministry of Rural Development on its own portal, so its queries do not go to the PMAY Urban numbers. That portal links to CPGRAMS for public grievances.
Ask your home loan lender first. The subsidy goes into your loan account in five yearly instalments through DBT, as long as the loan is standard and more than half the principal is still outstanding. For portal problems, call 011-23060484.
