About NTES
The National Train Enquiry System (NTES) has no help desk of its own. Its Complaints link opens Rail Madad, the Indian Railways grievance portal, which lists 139 as its helpline for security and medical help on a journey.
Complaints about a train or station go through Rail Madad online or on 139. The NTES site itself comes from CRIS, the railway IT body in Chanakyapuri, New Delhi.
