NIC helpline — questions
1800 111 555. NIC calls its Service Desk the single point of contact for support with NIC services and products. Keep your NIC Mail ID or the portal address ready.
[email protected]. Write the service name (NIC Mail, Parichay, VPN or a portal), your user ID, the time of the failure and a screenshot of the error.
Log in to servicedesk.nic.in and create a ticket, or call 1800 111 555 and the desk registers it for you. Keep the ticket number to check status later.
