Anthropic supports Claude users in writing: log in, click your name, choose Get help and send a message in the support messenger, or email [email protected]. Anthropic says it does not offer phone support.

Anthropic says payments are non-refundable except where its terms or the law allow. To check, open Get help, choose Claude Refund Request, pick a reason and follow the eligibility check. A plan bought on an iPhone is refunded only by Apple.

On the web or desktop app, go to Settings, Billing, Cancel. On a phone, cancel on the platform you subscribed through, such as the App Store. Do it at least 24 hours before the next billing date; the plan keeps working till the period ends.

Email [email protected] with enough detail for Anthropic to repeat the issue. The same address takes reports of safety features getting in the way of normal use.

Email [email protected] straight away; Anthropic's terms ask users to report unauthorised access there. The same address handles requests to close an account.

Support is asynchronous: a specialist replies in the same conversation, and times vary by plan and by how serious the issue is. Pro and Max users get the Product Support team after Fin.
