Character.AI support runs through the C.AI Help Center. Search the articles first; if nothing fixes it, use Submit a ticket and give your account email and the steps you already tried.
The Help Center also covers login, age assurance, the mobile apps, and the Safety Center with reporting tools.
Character.AI helpline — questions
Reach Character.AI through the C.AI Help Center by submitting a ticket. As of now, C.AI's Help Center gives no phone line for users.
- Open the C.AI Help Center at support.character.ai.
- Search for your problem first.
- If it is not solved, choose Submit a ticket.
- Give your account email and the steps you already tried.
Character.AI takes support requests through the Help Center ticket form, and its Help Center gives no separate support email.
Try each login method: Continue with Google, Continue with Apple and the email link. Old email-password, Discord and Facebook logins have stopped. If none works, submit a Help Center ticket.
Use the reporting tools covered in the Safety Center section of the C.AI Help Center, which also explains community guidelines and moderation.
