Each station's Public Information Officer handles queries on buses and timetables, and astcbus.in links a list of station contact numbers. Division schedules are on astcbus.in. The Airport and Kamakhya services and the Dharmajyoti pilgrim buses have their own timetables on its home page.

40%, for passengers above 60 years. Students get 30% (boys) or 35% (girls), media persons 80%, and freedom fighters travel free. Pilgrims under the Dharmajyoti scheme get 75%.
