The Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (APSRTC) answers on 149 and 0866 2570005, 24x7. The same pair takes enquiries, refund questions and complaints about buses and crew.
E-ticket and refund problems go to [email protected], and other questions to [email protected]. For money that left your account without a ticket, mention your user ID or the APSRTC OB reference in the mail. APSRTC refunds normally within 14 days; past that, do call the helpline.

149 is the short code and 0866 2570005 the Vijayawada landline, both 24x7. APSRTC's grievance page gives 0866 2570005 for complaints too.
[email protected] handles e-ticket and refund problems. Anything else goes to [email protected]. Mention your user ID or APSRTC OB reference in the mail.
Call 149 or 0866 2570005, or use the grievance option on apsrtconline.in, which asks for the journey date, vehicle and service number and your mobile. On mofussil buses the conductor also carries a complaint and suggestion book.
APSRTC's citizens' charter says a complaint is acknowledged when it is received and the action taken is reported back to you. Keep the complaint reference, and call 0866 2570005 if you need to follow it up.
A copy of the e-ticket or the booking SMS, and the original photo identity card named on the ticket. The conductor will not accept a photocopy, and without both you cannot board.
Only if you bought it at an APSRTC counter or an ATB agent, where postponement and preponement are allowed. A ticket booked on apsrtconline.in cannot be moved; cancel it and book again.
Call 0866 2570005 or 149 with the transaction reference. APSRTC normally refunds within 14 days of the cancellation or of your mail; for a debit without a ticket, mail [email protected] first.
