Embed a live status badge on your site
Copy one line of embed code and show the live status of any service on your own website, README or docs. The badge updates on its own and links back to the full status page. Free, no account, no tracking.

Badge examples
Every state, in every style. The badge shows the same verdict as the status page, and never says down unless that is confirmed. When we hold nothing to show, it says "no data" rather than guessing.
Responding, and nobody is reporting problems.
Responding, but people are reporting problems the check cannot see.
Not responding, and people are reporting it.
Nothing reported, and nothing we can check directly. We say so rather than guess.
How it works
- •One image, nothing else. The embed is an <img> wrapped in a link. No script, no stylesheet, no build step.
- •Same verdict as the status page. It reads the one stored result rather than working anything out on its own, so the badge and the page it links to can never disagree.
- •Refreshes every five minutes. Our own checks do not run more often than that, so the badge is never further behind than the page you would land on.
- •Any service we track. Change the name in the address and you have a badge for that one.
What it does not do
- •No JavaScript on your page. It cannot slow your site down, break your layout, or fight your cookie banner.
- •No cookies, no visitor tracking. Nothing about the people reading your page reaches us beyond the request for the image.
- •It never checks your site. Adding a badge only shows the service named on it. We do not start watching you.
- •It never guesses. If we cannot tell, it says so rather than showing green.
Use cases
Where people embed it
In a README
Show whether a service your project depends on is having trouble, so an issue gets checked before it gets filed. The Markdown tab is made for this.
On a help or support page
Let customers see a known problem for themselves. It answers the question before it reaches your inbox.
In your docs
Next to an integration guide for a payment gateway or a government portal, so a reader knows whether to try now or later.
On an internal dashboard
Beside whatever you already watch. It needs no account and no key, so there is nothing to keep working.
Embedding the badge: common questions
Pick the service, choose a style, then copy the one-line snippet and paste it where you want the badge to appear. It is a plain <img> wrapped in a link, so it works anywhere HTML does: a website, a help page, a docs site or a README. There is nothing to install, no script to load and no account to create.
Yes. It is free, there is no account, no API key and no limit on how many pages you use it on. All we ask is that you keep the link to the status page in place, so anyone who clicks the badge gets the full picture (live reports, history and the helpline) instead of a single word with no context.
No. The badge is a single SVG image, so no JavaScript of ours runs on your page: it cannot block your render, break your layout or interfere with a cookie banner. It sets no cookie and identifies nobody. We do record which sites our badges load on, meaning the address of the site itself, the same thing any web server writes to its log. We record nothing about the individual people reading your page.
About every five minutes. The image is cached for that long, and our own checks do not run more often than that, so an embedded badge is never further behind reality than the status page it links to. You never need to touch it again. There is nothing to refresh, rebuild or re-paste.
Yes. Switch the code box to the Markdown tab and paste that line into your README. It renders on GitHub, GitLab and anywhere else Markdown images are allowed. One caveat worth knowing: GitHub serves images through its own proxy and caches them, so a badge there can lag our five-minute refresh by a little.
Any service we track: banks, UPI apps, government portals, telecom operators and the online services people in India search for most. Search above to find one, or pick from the popular list. If the service you want is not listed yet, ask us to add it and we will take a look.
We are an independent site. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for any of the services shown, and a badge is our own reading of whether a service is responding, not an official status from that company.
