The toll-free 1800-180-7777 is the customer care line of West Bengal Gramin Bank (WBGB), and the same number blocks a lost RuPay debit card. Written queries go to [email protected], and ATM problems to the ATM cell at [email protected].
Account holders of the three banks merged in May 2025 (PBGB, BGVB and UBKGB) use these same channels now. Complaints can also be filed through Grievance Online on the bank's website.
