First the payment bank's helpdesk listed on the UGC NET contact page, for the bank or gateway you paid through. If it is not sorted there, write to [email protected] with the transaction ID and date.
The National Testing Agency conducts UGC NET on behalf of the University Grants Commission. All exam queries, from admit cards to score cards and certificates, go to NTA's helpdesk, not to UGC.
