That depends on the timelines and rules of the national coordinator running the course, so check its exam notice first. A missed exam is not held again.

You are told by email when the admit card is out, as per the schedule on the website. Check every detail on it, such as name, roll number, subject, date of birth and exam centre, and write to your coordinator at once if something is wrong.
