The board you applied to. Each board's contact page on rrb.indianrailways.gov.in gives a number and email for exam, result and application queries. Hours differ by board; Secunderabad, for one, works 9.45 AM to 5.45 PM, Monday to Friday.
No. RRB does not accept requests to change the mobile number or email at any stage, and the chosen RRB cannot be changed either. Other details can be corrected in the modification window, for Rs 250 each time, which is not refunded.
Only after you sit the CBT. Under CEN 05/2026, Rs 400 of the Rs 500 fee comes back, or the full Rs 250 for concession categories, less bank charges. It goes to your Aadhaar-seeded bank account. Rejected or incomplete applications get no refund.
