Write to [email protected], which reaches the Customer Care Centre at PNB's head office in New Delhi. Put your account number and a short account of the problem in the mail.

Use the online complaint form on PNB's Lodge Complaint page, or hand a written complaint to your branch manager against acknowledgement. Keep the reference number and check progress with Track Status on the same page. The page also sets out PNB's time limits and its Internal Ombudsman, and an unresolved complaint can then go to the RBI Ombudsman.
