ICAI Call Sahayata, the helpline of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), answers on +91 99975 99975, Mon-Sat, 9 AM-7 PM, in Hindi and English. It is closed on gazetted holidays. Student queries on the Self Service Portal go to [email protected], and the Call Sahayata page lists separate mailboxes for articleship, member, firm and login issues.
Exam matters have their own helpline in Noida, UDIN has its own mailbox, and the Publication Directorate looks after book orders from the CDS store. Complaints against a chartered accountant go to the Disciplinary Directorate, not to the helpline.

Students write to [email protected]. ICAI lists separate SSP mailboxes for articleship, member, firm and login issues on its Call Sahayata page. Give your registration or membership number so the reply is quick.
The Examination Department in Noida takes calls on 0120-3989398 on working days, from 10 AM to 5.30 PM. Foundation, Intermediate and Final each have a separate helpline email on its page. ICAI asks students to email first and call only when urgent.
Email [email protected] with your membership number and the UDIN or document details. The UDIN portal also has a Helpdesk menu with a grievance option.
Write to [email protected] or call 0120-3045943, Monday to Friday, 10 AM to 6 PM. For a parcel on the way, the courier in your order confirmation tracks it by order number.
File it with the Disciplinary Directorate on Form I, online or on paper. An online complaint counts only after a signed printout, with evidence in triplicate, reaches the Directorate in Noida. Queries go to [email protected].
