Call 7382346677 at once. It is the bank's fraud and account block helpline, open 24x7 at normal call charges. Block the debit card with a missed call to 08046878316, and report the fraud to the national cyber crime helpline, 1930.

The Branch Locator on gayatri.bank.in gives two help desk numbers for each branch, with its IFSC and address. That covers Vemulawada, Metpally, Husnabad, Sircilla, Dilsukhnagar, Warangal, Vijayawada and the rest.

The digital banking help desk, at [email protected]. It covers UPI, IMPS, AePS, NEFT, RTGS, ATM cards and missed-call banking, from 10 AM to 5 PM on bank working days. Give your account number, registered mobile and the transaction reference.

Complain to Gayatri Bank, because it issued your card, even if you used another bank's ATM. Email [email protected] or tell your branch, with the ATM location, time and amount, and keep the slip.
