Use Food Safety Connect on the FoSCoS portal or its app. Describe the problem, add photos if you have them, and note the complaint number to track it in Complaint Tracker.

The toll-free line 1800-11-2100 is open 7 AM - 11 PM, every day. Outside those hours, email [email protected] with your licence or application number, and the helpdesk replies by mail.

FSSAI sends official emails only from [email protected], and licence and registration fees are paid only on the FoSCoS portal. Do not click links or pay money asked for in any other message.

Your state's food safety department handles state licences and registrations, and FoSCoS lists your area officer under Know Your Officer. The toll-free 1800-11-2100 helps with the portal itself.
