About Epic Games
Epic Games Player Support works through the Epic Games help centre, where you raise a support request for refunds, account recovery or launcher problems.
Refundable PC and Mac games can be returned within 14 days if played for under 2 hours, and many purchases refund themselves from the Transactions page.
Epic Games helpline — questions
Epic Games gives support through Player Support in its help centre. Search your problem there, then open a support request if the articles do not fix it.
If the item is self-refundable, refund it yourself on the Transactions page of your Epic account. If it is marked refundable, fill out a Player Support request. Non-refundable items, such as virtual currency, cannot be returned.
Submit an account recovery request from Epic's help centre. Epic asks for details such as whether you set up a phone number for two-factor authentication on the account.
Epic has stopped SMS two-factor authentication in some countries, and an error appears if SMS cannot reach your number. Use another two-factor method on your account, such as an authenticator app.
No. Epic says it is not possible to check the phone number linked to an Epic account, and Player Support cannot share it.
On status.epicgames.com, the Epic Games Public Status page. You can subscribe there for email updates when an incident starts or ends. Check it before you reinstall the launcher or reset your PC.
