Write to [email protected] if your e-certificate will not download. Fellowship joining and stipend questions go to CSIR's HRD Group, not to NTA.

Ring 011-40759000 or 011-69227700 at normal Delhi call rates, or email [email protected]. As of now, the CSIR NET Contact Us page lists only these two lines, and neither is toll-free.

First contact the bank or payment gateway, SBI or ICICI Bank, using the lines on the CSIR NET Contact Us page. If the portal still shows no payment, call the NTA helpline.
Keep ready the bank name, date and time, transaction number, bank reference number and a screenshot of the failure.
CSIR's Human Resource Development Group (HRDG) handles CSIR fellowships after the result, and its Exam Unit takes mail at [email protected]. NTA only conducts the test. The JRF stipend is Rs 37,000 a month for the first two years.
