Broadband, Bharat Fibre (FTTH) and landline faults with Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) go to 1800-4444, a toll-free call from BSNL or any other network. The same number takes a WhatsApp message: send Hi to start.
Complaints can also be booked and tracked on the BSNL Selfcare portal with your Service ID. If the toll-free booking does not fix it, BSNL's Public Grievance Redressal Management System (PGRMS) takes the case further.
