XLRI Jamshedpur takes Xavier Aptitude Test (XAT) calls on 0657-6653203, with 6653204 and 6653205 as the other lines. The desk is open 8.30 AM to 4.30 PM on weekdays and till 12.30 PM on Saturdays, and the contact page gives [email protected] for email queries.

Log in and use the 'Any Query? Ask Us' option on your XAT dashboard. Use it for a missing confirmation mail, an edit after submission or a failed payment. Attach a screenshot of the error; it gets you a faster reply.
Check spam and junk first. Office or company email IDs sometimes block bulk mail. If it still has not come, raise a query from your dashboard instead of making a second account.
Your registered email ID and mobile number, your name as on the form, and the programme you applied for. For a payment problem, note the date, amount and bank reference, and keep a screenshot of the error.
