- Search for your issue.
- Choose Contact support if no article solves it.
Upwork handles support through the Help Center rather than a support email. The only email on its contact page, [email protected], is for press inquiries. A suspended user should reply to the suspension email.
Upwork says it reviews most appeals within two business days, and its Trust and Safety team emails the final decision. Filing more tickets slows things down.
