Reach Udemy Support through the Udemy Help Center: log in, open any article and tap Contact Us. As of now, Udemy's Help Center does not list a phone line for learners.

1. Log in to your Udemy account.
2. Open the Help Center and any article.
3. Tap Contact Us at the bottom to chat with the virtual assistant.
4. If it cannot solve the problem, it helps you submit a request to Udemy Support.

Udemy Support sends a confirmation email once your case is submitted.

The Udemy Business Help Center, for company learners and admins. Access to a Udemy Business account can only be given by your company's admin, so contact them first about a missing licence.

Request it from your purchase within 30 days. Udemy cannot cancel a refund once submitted, and the money takes 5 to 10 business days or longer to post, depending on your bank.
