The NIOS Learner Support Centre answers on toll-free 1800 180 9393. Executives take calls between 9.30 in the morning and 5.30 in the evening; outside that, an automated IVRS answers. Learners can also write to [email protected].
The NIOS headquarters at Sector 62, Noida, has reception on 0120 221 7700 and separate lines for result correction, marksheets and e-Services. Public dealing at the HQ runs on weekdays, 10 AM to 12.30 PM and 2 to 4.30 PM.
