About NBEMS
The NBEMS Contact Centre answers on 011 4559 3000, Monday to Friday, 9.30 AM to 6 PM. For NEET PG, NEET SS, NEET MDS, FMGE and other exam matters, the National Board of Examinations in Medical Sciences prefers queries through its Communication Web Portal, where you can also track the reply.
Letters go to the Executive Director, NBEMS, Medical Enclave, Ansari Nagar, New Delhi.

Yes. NBEMS runs exam-specific candidate care helpdesks through its technology partner, and the number for each exam is printed in that exam's notice and information bulletin. Use the one in the latest NEET PG notice.
Call the Contact Centre on 011 4559 3000 or use the Communication Web Portal. The NBEMS contact page lists only this Delhi number as of now.
On the Communication Web Portal. Pick the department, describe the problem in up to 1000 characters, attach one PDF if needed, and verify your email with the OTP. NBEMS replies only to that email ID.
Open the query status page on exam.natboard.edu.in and enter your query reference number and registered email ID.
No. NBEMS says queries on examinations, training and accreditation sent by email will not be attended. Use the Communication Web Portal for these.
