Minecraft Support & Online Help Centre

Support starts in the Minecraft Help Center: open any article and tap Contact Support at the bottom to raise a ticket. Account sign-in goes to Microsoft support. Minecraft lists no customer care phone number in its Help Center as of now.

Realms joining trouble and missing Marketplace packs go to Minecraft Player Care through Contact Support. Console sign-in, subscription changes and unrecognised charges go to Xbox, PlayStation or Nintendo support.

It depends on the store you bought from. Minecraft's help centre says Minecraft.net, Microsoft Store and Xbox purchases are generally refundable within 14 days: open your Microsoft order history and choose Request a Return. Realms is a subscription and is not typically refunded, unless Minecraft caused the problem and cannot fix it.

Start with Microsoft's Sign-in Helper. For a lock after too many attempts, use Resolve a Locked Account. If someone else got in, fill in the Microsoft Account Recovery Form.

Sign in to the launcher with the same Microsoft account you bought it with. Play or Install shows for every edition you own. Since June 2022 the PC game includes both Java and Bedrock, and accounts moved over from Mojang should have both too.
